We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We do not accept American Express credit cards, nor do we accept checks at this time.
All orders to be delivered in Michigan will be charged a 6% sales tax. For orders delivered to all other states, any applicable sales tax is the customer’s responsibility.
When you receive your order, please unpack it right away and be sure all the items you ordered are included. Notify us within 48 hours if there are any shortages or damages. Orders shipped to a store are typically available for pickup within 48 hours, but may take up to 7 business days. A valid state issued ID or driver’s license is required to pick up an order shipped to a store. If you will not be the person picking up the order, that person’s name must be listed in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout. That person will then be able to show their ID at the store and pick up the order. Failure to provide ID will result in a cancellation of the order and a refund issued to the original form of payment. There is a 30% restocking fee for orders left at the store.
We will change this website without notice in order to add or change merchandise, change prices, or update our policies. We will always try to be as accurate as possible, especially concerning our product descriptions and prices. However, we make no guarantees that our content is error-free.
