Refund Policy

Items purchased on line may be returned within 30 days.   Items purchased in one of our stores may be returned within 14 days of purchase.  All returns must include your original receipt or invoice.  Refunds will be given for the cost of the merchandise only, we will not refund shipping costs. All items purchased through the website will be charged a 10% restocking fee when returned.  All on-line returns will be credited according to your original form of payment.  You may return items at one of our stores, however, the 10% restocking fee still applies.  When returning an item at one of our stores, you will receive in-store credit only, whether purchases were made on-line or in-store.  

Items acceptable for return include:
            Unopened merchandise
            Merchandise in its original packaging
            Merchandise in new condition
Items not acceptable for return because of Health Regulations include:
            Products that have been worn, hats, tiaras, wigs, etc.
            Food or candy
            Temporary tattoos
Other non-returnable items include:
            Products that have been opened
            Glow sticks, glow bracelets and glow necklaces
            Inflatable items
            Seasonal items
